Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, personal data is safeguarded by the data controller FindPhoto LLC (operating Roll) in the manner declared in the Privacy Notice.
Following an assessment in the light of the Law, an explicit consent statement is required in order to process certain personal data because of its nature. I consent to the following:
My face recognition data may not be used for advertising, profiling, sale to third parties, or any purpose other than those listed in this document. My face data is not shared with any user, including film hosts.
I may withdraw the consent I have given at any time. I can do so in the app via Settings → Face Match → "Delete my face data", or by contacting hello@uroll.app. When I withdraw my consent, my face identifiers and all match records are deleted; photos already delivered to me remain mine.
Not giving face recognition consent does not prevent me from joining films or from seeing all photos in a film.
I declare that I have been informed by the Privacy Notice regarding the matters set out in this document, and that I consent, within the scope of the Law, to the types of processing requiring my explicit consent listed above.
This approval is recorded together with the date and time you gave it in the app, the text version and your user ID.
