These Terms of Use govern the relationship between FindPhoto LLC (operating Roll) ("Roll") and the person using the Roll application ("User"). By using the application you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Roll enables a time-limited shared album ("film") to be created for an event, guests to take a limited number of photos, photos to stay hidden until the designated reveal moment, and people to receive their own photos through face matching.
You are responsible for the photos you take. The following are prohibited:
Roll may review reported content, remove content that breaches these terms, and suspend the account.
You can report any photo using the "Report" option in the app. Reports are assessed and content deemed necessary is removed.
You own the copyright in the photos you take. You grant Roll a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to provide the service (storage, showing photos to the film's participants, matching). This licence ends when you delete your content.
Upgrades that raise the guest limit are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refund requests are subject to that store's policies.
Roll makes reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption; however, outages may occur due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure. Backing up the photos you download to your device is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, Roll is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Face matching is a statistical technology; 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Roll may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
